How is an event activation different from a team building workshop?
Our team building workshops are structured 90-minute experiences designed for groups to bond together and where veryone participates in the same activity. Event activations are more flexible as guests flow through interactive art stations at their own pace throughout your event. Activations work alongside other event elements like catering, speakers, and entertainment rather than being the sole focus.
How much space do you need?
It depends on the activation type and guest count. A typical interactive station setup for 100 guests requires approximately 50x40 feet. We'll discuss space requirements during the planning call and design the activation to fit your venue perfectly.
How long does setup and breakdown take?
We typically arrive 60ā90 minutes before your event starts to set up all stations and equipment. Breakdown takes approximately 45ā60 minutes after the event ends. We handle everything from start to finish while providing as much event communication as desired.
Can you incorporate our company branding?
Yes, we can create custom stencils with your company logo, event theme, product imagery, or any design you choose. Branded takeaways with your logo are available. We recommend sharing brand assets at least 3 weeks before the event.
How far in advance should we book?
For events under 200 guests we recommend at least 3ā4 weeks notice. For events over 200 guests or events requiring custom branded materials, 6ā8 weeks is preferred. For large conferences and all-hands events we recommend booking as early as possible.
