1:AM SF gallery and Estria are committed to providing a positive outlet for people who want to enrich their lives creatively through street art. True to their dedication, they, along with Montana Colors North America, presented “Don’t Sweat the Technique: Ode to the Spraycan”, an art gallery exhibition celebrating aerosol art. This groundbreaking collaboration was unprecedented and gives fans and those curious about urban arts a window into the culture on a national level.
In a course of 6 months, Estria Invitational Graffiti Battle (EIGB) had been holding competitions across the nation searching for someone to reign supreme with their aerosol skills. The finals were here in the Bay Area. Before concluding this journey, Estria wanted to kick off the finals in style and invited the talented participants to showcase their impressive and innovative art at 1:AM gallery. They paid tribute to their choice of art tool, the spraycan. The killer line up included:
California: Neon, Bounce, Chez, Vogue, Eon 75, Germz, Vyal, Refa, Natrl
Chicago: Rome, Tsel, Exhaust, Melon, Debl, Like
Hawai’i: Katch, Estria, Eukarezt, Ckaweeks, Prime
New York: Wane One, Doves, Cern, Queen Andrea, Cekis
